As a member of RAF Lyneham Flying Club you will be able to hire any of the aircraft provided you have the required licence, an in date medical cetrificate and you have flown a similar type of aircraft within the currency requirements of the club (including an induction flight).
Aircraft are booked through an online booking system so they can be booked from the comfort of your own home.
Flights are paid for on completion of each flight (or series of flights if going away from Lyneham) and is charged by tacho time (the difference between starting and finishing on the RPM inset tacho gauge).
Payment for aircraft hire is paid to the flying club, payment for instruction is paid directly to the instructor. (Instructors may accept cash, the club cannot accept cash).
ALL PAYMENTS TO THE CLUB ARE TO BE BY CHEQUE. Cash and credit cards/Payment cards are NOT accepted.
