The Slingsby Firefly T67 aircraft started as a modestly powered light aircraft in the guise of the T67A. The engine was uprated to a 116Hp Lycoming engine and fitted to the T67B model as is the case with this aircraft. The models progressed upto a 260Hp model which is used by many military forces around the world (including the Royal Air Force) for elementary training.
